The Most Thorough Carpet Steam Cleaning You’ve Ever Seen!

Although regular vacuuming can remove dry soil and debris from you’re carpeting, it leaves behind oily soils and particles that are produced from cooking vapors, pets, and dirt tracked in from outside the home.

These oily contaminants that are left behind can cause your carpet to dull and fade. As the contaminants build up they become more difficult to remove. Regular deep cleaning of the carpet can prevent the excessive build up of contaminants and keep your carpets looking fresh and clean.

Regular cleaning of your carpets also helps improve the air quality in your home by removing pet hair, dust mites, and other allergens that thrive deep in the carpet.

What can you do to prepare for your carpet cleaning:

  • Remove all items and breakables from the area to be  steam cleaned. Please arrange for children or pets to stay clear from the area we are steam cleaning, and away from all equipment, wand, hoses, van, Rotovac, etc.  Safety is our 1# priority.
  • Relax put your feet up and get ready to be amazed by the Rotovac cleaning system and the Organic Steam Clean Team.

What you can expect your cleaning technician to do:

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Our  Organic Steam Clean Representative will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet, tile or upholstery . He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results with no surprises.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuum

Dry soil is removed promptly by a Hepa Filter commercial Vacuum. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in steam cleaning especially if you have pets with lots of hair dander that can go air borne while steam cleaning.

Step 3: Furniture moving (optional)

By  request of customer  sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items will be carefully moved by our cleaning technician with furniture glides, hand rubber gloves to assure furniture protection. Beds, dressers, sectional sofa, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure. One of our Organic Steam Clean Representatives can quote the exact cost of any heavier pieces. Your furniture will be moved with furniture glides and  well protected with disposable foam or plastic tabs as needed at job site.

Step 4: Pre-Condition & Pre-Spray Treatment

A Green preconditioning agent is applied to break down traffic areas and  pre-treat various types of spots through out your home or business. This will increase chances of soiled traffic areas & spots to be extracted for a more efficient thorough steam cleaning.

Step 5: Pre-Groom & Agitation

Each steam cleaning job is different depending on soil level of your carpet,  Our carpet technician will pre-groom your carpets with a carpet groomer to break down light carpet soiling. For Heavy carpet soiling we use the ROTOVAC 360 with carpet brush head this will agitate needed to restore those super dirty residential or commercial carpets.

Step 6: Soil Extraction and Rinse

The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed  with our state of the art truck mounted hot water extraction machine that guarantees from over wetting the carpet or leaving any sticky residue behind. The carpet tech has total control of  water temperatures ranging from 0-240 degrees depending on fabric and cleaning needs. We use a water softener system that treats & eliminates any hard water contaminants from you’re existing home this will ensure softness in your carpets.

Step 7: Neutralize

We rinse carpets with a Ph Balance “GREEN” product that it is designed to neutralize alkalinity and help rinse away cleaning solutions, leaving behind a cleaner, brighter surface. It provides anti-stain, anti-soiling and anti-wicking features to your carpet.
